Alice Owner/Designer

I was born at a very early age. Just kidding. Well, not really; I was. I grew up the youngest of five daughters in a three bedroom home with very small closets. Needless to say, I have always had to be organized. And I can help you be organized also. Being organized not only helps you find what you are looking for, it makes your guests feel comfortable as well, whether it is friends or prospective buyers. Staging your home for sale helps you to sell it quickly and at or above your asking price. If you are ready to move to a smaller place, we can downsize your belongings and prized possessions so you take only what you really need. Try it, you'll like it.

Hi, I'm Alice and I've been organizing & rearranging rooms all of my life...

The majority of my career has been in interior design, both residential and commercial. I was a registered interior designer and a member of ASID.  I specialized in kitchen and bath design and then went into commercial space planning. I also took a few years to try my hand at Real Estate.  Then back into design as a decorator consultant for window fashion. As a licensed real estate agent, I used my interior design background to help my sellers stage their homes for a quick sale and for my buyers to understand the potential of a house as their home. Whether you just want help to organize your home, or maybe you are ready to downsize from your home, or to stage your home for a quick sale, I can help you accomplish your task.  Let's talk. Call me at 281-989-9840.
